I prefer the old fashioned way of creating new life.

Now you can 3D print ‘life’ with organic ink, and program it with crisper genetic code.

So far these ‘synthetic life forms’ look like blobs or PacMan but they’re ‘living’ and reproducing.

It’s just a matter of time before they start making better organisms than themselves and we’ll be replaced by sentient blobs.

Perhaps you should try reading the article before making wild, rhetorical misrepresentations of what has been achieved, or claimed.

The article states:

NEWSFLASH: frog cells are NOT synthetic life! Thus, no life was created here, regardless of the importance of what *was* achieved. Moreover, the 'argument' "Evolution isn’t real or scientists would have created life in a lab by now,” although inapplicable to evolution (which is an established fact), remains a viable argument as it relates to the origin of life.

And they can talk, too! With that identical sing-song "primary voice."
