Help me find the new endowment online

Can someone help me find the new endowment wording online? I remember when they changed it a few years ago that there were forums discussing the changes. But I can't find it now. Thank you to any who respond.

It's been changed multiple times. Removed the penalties and 5 points in 1990, then made it less misogynist in 2019.
