In employment? I know that religious organizations are exempt, but what about businesses owned by religious people. Hobby Lobby for example. Can they have religious belief requirements for new hires? If so, what happens if those beliefs change?
What separates a company owned by religious people from one owned by a church. Can the company form its own religion to get around religious discrimination laws?
