Dr. Laura’s on a roll. She told a wife to unhook her bra and “seduce” her verbally-abusive husband when his car pulls up in the driveway. (She assumes that maybe, possibly the wife doesn’t work and her husband might beat her home.)

I took Dr Laura's advice on turning a gay TBM relative straight. It worked. He is married with kids. Maybe not happily, but by church standards I think it works. It's one of my regrets.

Easy for her to tell people to live miserably. She moveD in, and slept with a married man.

Good advice if you don't have a public driveway. It might even make someone blow the horn.

Dr. Laura's credentials are NOT in the following areas:

Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and family therapy, Neurology, or psycho-pharmacology.

Anyone taking advice from a non-professional religious wack-a-doodle ought seek REAL professional help.

Her Master's degree and doctorate are in physiology. However, she does have training and a certification in marriage and family counseling from USC, and is (or was) licensed in the state of California. So I guess she's just a lousy therapist with an agenda.

Did Dr. Laura Slessinger get back on the air? The last I heard, she had been thrown off of the radio network she was on because she reacted negatively to an African-american caller. That said, Happy_heretic is absolutely right! Anybody seeking/taking advice from this crackpot with no degrees in the relevant fields in which she is advising should have his/her head examined.

I believe she is on XM or something like that. I always forget she is still alive until you see stuff like this.

She’s doing Israeli karate… at 76. She’s going to live forever. These horrible people always do, it seems.
