The Fairview Texas Temple PR disaster had me thinking all big decisions were being made by Russ and Russ is no longer capable of making decisions.
Lawyers on retainer are pit bulls and not exactly the best at building community relations. Nobody is in the wheel house and the big ship is running over the small boats in the harbor.
Fairview was no different than Cody, WY, Tooele, UT or Heber UT. Fairview Mayor, citizens and Town Council all hung tough as a united front. I'd like to think I helped.
