I'm dreaming of turkey dinner, LR. My absolute fave of all time. Counting the hours.

I'm not the world's best chef (vast understatement) so I really miss my Ma (selfishly) on the turkey holidays. I have to go to the back-up plan every time.

No turkey plans so far unless they're serving it at the pub we're doing lunch at tomorrow. Waiting on possible first snow snow tonight.

My wife used to make the best turkey dinners (I was her sous chef) but I haven't cooked a turkey since she died. Next Saturday will mark 8 years. And my son doesn't like turkey so I go elsewhere when I need a turkey/stuffing fix.

It sure has DAGNY...my girlfriend flies home next Friday. 4 months have flashed by too quickly.

I know, right? It feels like we're just starting to get a bit of cool weather (in the 60s) in Maryland, and it's an odd feeling.
