Who would you like to match up in a debate and what would be the subject?

For example, I would like to match up Brigham Young and Martin Luther King on the subject of 'The Curse of Cain'

That would definitely be Pay-Per-View

I have been invited to participate in an online debate on the historicity of the Book of Mormon. My first salvo is on my website at http://packham.n4m.org/historicity.htm .

The organizers of the debate have gotten Rod Meldrum to defend the Book of Mormon. So far he has not responded to my article. It has been a couple of months since he agreed to do it.

A good article.
But at least one side of the debate is fantasy... ;-)))

That's a great summary of the BOM debate by Richard Packham. I can't imagine why anyone would want to challenge that unless they wanted to look like an idiot.

You're a better man than I, Richard...

There's no way I could go through a debate like that and not holler "BULLSHIT!" loudly at least a few times...

Haven't seen very many formal debates with Mormon apologists, I'm sure there are some out there. But I've never seen a GA + debate, that would be interesting, but probably won't happen.

Wow, a memory just came to mind. I remember showing Packham's website to my still TBM parents and I can distinctly remember my dad saying something along the lines of, "I would like to see this guy go up head to head against the prophet." In that moment, I was still on the fence, so the thought scared me. But, things have changed :). There are hundreds of people I would like to see debate an actual "church representative."
