African Gold Scams O.T.

Someone mentioned African scams on another thread.

A friend of mine has been suckered in to the tune of about $6,000 so far. I've tried to tell him what my feelings are but do you think he listens? All he sees is dollar signs from the gold he's been promised. My lesson from all of this is: Greed blinds.

I'm thinking of all the good he could have accomplished with the six grand but instead the money is going into a con man's pocket.

So sad.
