Introducing 'Fried Chicken for Africans' Fast Offering Fund

Getting hungry while riding your bicycle home from your job, praying to God that you might have enough money to buy yourself Fried Chicken on the way because you are starving? Feeling relieved when God has answered your prayers, yet after eating, feeling guilty about all the starving people in Africa? No, well then you probably aren't a General Authority for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.

However, if you don't live by tunnel vision,thinking only of your needs, you may be interested to know that there is a way that you can help those yearning for Fried Chicken in other places.

Introducing the 'Fried Chicken for Africans' Fast Offering Fund. If you are concerned with people starving in Africa, craving that delectable finger-licking good flavor that only comes from deep fried chicken your cause has FINALLY arrived.

To participate, send 25 cents in, and we will make sure that a needy African man or woman will be able to enjoy a drum stick. Send in 50 cents and a deserving African will be able to enjoy a wing or thigh.

Starving Africans are starving by, don't delay..send in your quarters today.

Oh. My. God. Would they also start a watermelon fund? Would they start one for grits or any of those other stereotypical foods associated with African Americans and the South?
