And I do not know how to do any troubleshooting. I can't even find any kind of help screens, a refresh button or anything else. When I open the page, it is blank. However, if I scroll down quite a ways, I can see the news feed. But, I can't respond, click on "like" or anything. Any ideas from you brilliant computer folks?

Wish i could help but I can't troubleshoot either. I don't even know how to see if I confirmed a friend request or I didn't.

Try deleting all your cookies and browser history if it doesn't fix itself.

It is their problem- Send them an email and a screen shot if you can. I don't have the red bubbles anymore on the notifications icon.

Write to abuse@facebook.com. Tell them you think that your page might got hacked. Even tho' it may not be the case, they will ceck it and someone (with a real name) will answer you. It happened to me.
Hope this helps.

I have no idea why it is so weird on the AOL Browser. Never seen it before, it just started a few days ago going off the format.
My only suggestion is to download Mozilla if you don't have it all ready, and use it for Facebook.

I had that issue, but it seems to be working fine now. Then again, I have an old computer, so it's going to be replaced very soon.

I'm with SusieQ#1, switch to Mozilla Firefox. Most of my internet problems resolved when I switched to it.

I followed SusieQ#1 and allen's advice and downloaded Firefox. Lo and behold, my FB is all better now! I guess I should just join the 21st century and get off the AOL browser once and for all. I got AOL in 1994 and have just stuck with it.

My son in law.... at the time, on Thanksgiving day in 1998... decided I needed to be on line so..... while I was doing other things, like cooking dinner...... he surprised me and set me up with AOL -- which was great, at the time. It's OK, most of the time. I keep it because I have stored dozens of files, letters, etc. pictures, etc, that I want to be able to access when I am on other computers.

What they did to FB is just plain weird.

But, I always have two browsers open, and sometimes three, so I just ignore the parts that don't work right because I get the correct version on Firefox.

I have a lot of weirdness with Chrome, had to look on my blackberry just now to see what someone said in response to something I said. I couldn't even see my own comment, but everything is visible on bberry and with IE.
