Believe it or not, this was a locally-written article in the Yakima WA Fishwrapper, found at:

It's a good article on how alcohol benefits the body. (He made a mistake, however, assuming that Puritans did not drink, and that Italians would have brought us a better drinking culture. They would have, of course, but Puritans did drink, and were rather good at it. It was the silly mid-1800s and resultant prohibition on alcohol that made Americans all silly about it.)

done in Norway I believe that said people who drank moderately were less likely to be depressed. It even said those who drank heavily were less depressed than abstainers. So there explains the heavy use of Prozac in Utah.
