Is Elder Perry 3rd in line?

Monson, Packer, Perry?
I know Perry is older than the Monson & Packer, but 1&2 really don't seem nearly as healthy as Perry. I could see him outliving the other 2.
He seems to me to be a real genuine dude. I'd love it if he got the prophetship, and had a few revelations to fix some problems with the Church.
Gender equality, BoM historicity, gay rights, hiding the finances, honesty about history, charity...
I think I'm being too optimistic though. First he'd have outlive the others. Second...it's not clear that the President is actually calling the shots.

Yes, Elder Perry is 3rd in line.

But aging prophets do not call the shots (*I* certainly don't believe they do, anyway!)

But of course, the Church has to make it appear that way, since supposedly "only the prophet" has "all the keys to the kingdom."
