Ward 5

Does anyone know what Ward 5 is?

Just reading a review on amazon and the reviewer was criticized in a comment as being very pro-Mormon biased because she belonged to Ward 5 (SLC?) filled with celebrity Mormons.

Anyone have a clue what this means?
