I posted the date and temple, the names are all the same on a given date and temple, so if others will do that, you may be able to find out what his is.
BTW, I went to the temple for the first time with my best friend before going on our missions a month apart. While going through the initiation he was ahead of me and I heard his "secret" name. I felt terrible, and thought I had done something really bad by hearing it. Then it was my turn, and I got the same name. It really took the magic out of it for me.
Hey Mosiah, I didn't make it long enough to get a Temple name. If I die before you can I use yours at the veil? I already know how to do the handshakes...
I thought it was significant since it is the name of a close relative of mine. While doing sessions at the Provo Temple while at the MTC, one week my group had a batch of Korean names. I could hear the same name being given to each of us in the new name booth. Somehow the idea of a bunch of Koreans running around the CK with the same Hebrew name on account of having their endowment the same day didn't seem to make a lot of sense. Logically, I realized mine wasn't unique either.
No joke, I asked my mom before I went to the temple what the names were like. I said, "I hope they're not ugly ones like 'HILDA'.". She replied, "Oh no, they're pretty ones like 'Elizabeth' or 'Mary'.". Guess what? I got HULDA(H). That blew it for me right there.
For Chiefluma, it means "mole" or "weasel" in Hebrew. Lovely, huh?
I happend to notice how many people gave their temple names and then said "the EX'S" name is .....
Is there a correlation between the fact that you are on this board and stating your temple name and the divorce statistics on this particular thread .........
