Book of Mammon Aliases?

guys, this book is great but I am not in the know enough to figure out who the various "nom de guerre" characters are. OK, Tommy Midas is obvious, but anyone else know the others and don't mind saying on the forum - Thanks, BA

I'm too lazy to pull my copy out, but if you want to list specific aliases that you cannot figure out i or someone else can take a stab at it.
