TBM's comment about bishop: "If someone following him around with a clipboard, he wouldn't

get anything done at all."

I looked up the BP in an old ward listing I have. He is only 58 years old going on 78. He shuffles while he putters around through the halls barely lifting his feet.

He has other endearing qualities such as the inability to make eye contact when speaking with people.

Perhaps the BP has had too many encounters with welding fumes?

Poor stoops... They are blessed with him for four more years.

That should have included the word "doesn't" as in "doesn't following him around" (n/t)

Has he been evaluated for Parkinson's Disease?

He may have more on his plate than just being BP.
