He was showing up as a match for me on an LDS dating website in 2012. If he's not divorced, YIKES or YUCK. Either someone else is posting his picture and information or Jay is definitely a creep if he's not divorced and looking for dates.

Jay announced on his website in March of 2011 that he and his wife would be divorced. Whether they went through with it or not, I can't say.

He showed up as a match for me as well. In all fairness, I am looking for a semi-talented, former goody two shoes with ties to Mo royalty...it's just my thing, so no judging. I'm putting a barbershop quartet together and Jay would bring a lot of game to that arena.

Well he will be touring in the UK from the end of the month so I am guessing there will be no dates at home for a while.

Even IF he is Divorced (being related to Marie Osmond) YIKES! YUCK!

Be aware that many people on dating sites post fake pictures (one match I got used a picture of a fairly well known pinup model.) I believe many sites create fake profiles, using scraped facebook profiles, including pictures.

Ya the guy who killed the little girl named Destiny in slc had a page on a mormon dating site. He had listed himself as single,templworhy & looking for an eternal companion. Turns out he had an ex w/ a restraining order on him! Be carefull!!

How is polygamy ignored legally? What do Americans in other states who want the child and spouse abuse that is common in poygamous commuities prosecuted need to do to get Mormons and employees of Mormons to stop ignoring polygamy and its' complimentary crimes?

I've confirmed that polygamy is prevalent in Utah and exists with open knowledge of law enforcement in almost every county in the state of Utah! Have you witnessed polygamy and signs of polygamy and not enforced the law? Why?

I do not dispute that polygamy going on... but it is not in the latter day saint church, and it is much more common in arizona, texas, and nevada than it is in Utah. silly goose.

How do you know where it's more prevalent?
Anyway, the LDS don't practice polygamy in Utah--they practice it in eternity, where a man can be sealed to multiple women. Silly Goose....

Since they're generally not *legally* married to more than one wife, the only law they could enforce is the very old one against "cohabitation" of non-married people. Do you really want that?

I knew someone that was dating him also but it wasn't her that "tied the knot" with him. From what I understand most of his family and friends were shocked to hear about the wedding. It came up very quickly.

Well, they've both been around the block at this age and if they want to have a relationship beyond kissing, that requires marriage. Marry in haste, repent in leisure.

His new bride kind of looks like Marie in that first pic. Jay is looking ROUGH in the face though.

Going by his new wifes FB page, none of them knew about it. And all the fans were surprised and they usually know everything. It seems to have been very hush hush. They married at Jimmy Osmonds house from what I have heard.

Why is everyone so mean? These are good people who have worked very hard their entire lives. They've had good times and bad times. Very down to earth, professional people. I've met every single member of the family and although I'm not their BFF, I know people who are friends with them and they don't deserve the bashing you're giving them. Be nice, People!
