I'm looking for a "son of a bishop"

Hi. My name is John I’m not LDS, but I’m writing my first novel and my protagonists are two Mormon missionaries. One of them will be the son of a bishop. The bishop views his son as a disappointment in just about every way. Since I’m not LDS, I need to do some research to make these characters believable. I would like to “talk” to a bishop’s son on this board and hear his story.
Anyone willing to tell me his story?
