The reason I left is simple. Shockingly it wasn't garments or supposedly secret rituals. It was the fact that whatever I did was the subject of gossip. No secrecy in the church. Not even the temple ceremonies which are now on You Tube.

Yet when I left everyone knew about my decision but they shunned me and wouldn't speak to me.

I'm sad in a way but I'm certainly better off Catholic.
