I would have a lot of questions first. And I would hope that he's kind and compassionate enough to give me real answers. But if a real God like that exists, I don't think we'd have to be speculating like this.

Go you. I wish I had the insight to realize the church was fake at your age. I'm behind you 100%. Also, I agree that six pages may be a lot. Maybe a shorter letter and then you can trot out the reams of evidence after they ask for it? And in small, bite-sized pieces?

My guess - it's bothering you because not telling him how he knows you is, technically, a lie of omission. It bothers you because you're an honest person. However, you probably also recognize that opening that can of worms will most likely lead to more drama than is called for in this situation - so the omission is warranted, imho.
