I’m Gen Z and an avid supporter of LGBTQ+ rights. Hope my parents haven’t read it, or not plan to read it at all. I know I am by far the most left wing priest in the ward (and most wanting to leave, even though I keep that discrete within the church and my family). Fortunately, the Bakers got arrested in the late 80s for fraud, but they are only a part of the problem. Look at the LDS church, Joel Osteen, and so on, why aren’t they in trouble for money fraud?
