Good lord! I did some quick checking and you are correct about the property tax. San Antonio 425K is $8913.62 a year. In my town 450K is $4620. On the retirement sites I have heard they have big jumps all at once with no warning. People complain they are getting taxed out of their homes.

As I was reading, I was thinking about telling him JS F 14 year-olds! I would not liked that one bit myself. If at all possible, I do drive-up especially at WalMart. Most of the time my kid takes me when I go out. He is very large and intimidating and VERY protective. He may give me crap 24/7 but no one else better.
