Good renters is the key....that being said, it's always a crapshoot. I would suggest you find a good bonded property manager to run the property for you. They vet the renters, take care of any and all issues pertaining to the building itself, so you don't get a call at 3AM the morning you're flying to a holiday destination telling you the sewer is backed up or furnace/hot water heater/A/C, etc' h
