The book, Plural Bride to Be, is on Kindle. It's selling very well, especially now while so many are staying home and catching up on reading time. I also finished college, taught school for over thirty years, and stayed happily married for over fifty years. I raised two children and didn't take them to church. My two delightful grandchildren also don't go to any church.

I think mormons act this way because they think we have no other options for socialization. They think they'll force us back by withholding attention. It's a game we can't win. I'd stay away from them for a few months. Try again and tell them to be nice or you'll stay away longer. Don't count on mormons to be kind. That isn't what they do. They're nice if they think others have earned th

In shooting wars people die and are maimed. That's asking for the ultimate. In this virus war people are asked to sit on their sofas and watch movies, then apply for aide and work to recover financially. The second choice seems better to me.

I live in an area with four virus infested rest homes. One has fifty with the illness. It's five miles from my house. Another is about eight miles away with seventeen patients. That's too close for comfort. I think people in Fresno County are lucky someone is watching out for them. The virus is deadly and spreads quickly and easily. Wish my county had kept deaths as low as Fresno is now.

The lady was considering a glass of wine. I encouraged her to try a strawberry drink instead and she loved it. (How does one spell daquerie??)

Where did I meet her? In a line at a bar to buy the second drink of her lifetime. It was at an exmormon conference in SLC.

But they are not mature enough to have their counsel and personal evaluations be given major interest or consideration.

If any of us want a true assessment we need to ask for it from someone who is clear thinking and logical. Missionaries are not mature clear thinkers.

She might be my favorite female singer along with Judy Garland. I think Karen considered herself more of a drummer than a singer. What a talent!

A nearby rest home has 27 cases discovered yesterday. That's bad news for this area.

I think it's working fairly well here. We started out with early high numbers of the disease and now many other areas have far surpassed us.

Exhaustion causes serious accidents and we don't want that. Ask for help and consideration here and there and be safe. Thank you for your hard work and dedication.

I worked hard to write a novel anyone could enjoy because I wanted readers to know about the evils of polygamy and underage sex abuse. I also didn't want the 1950s operation seagull investigation to be lost from memory. If we don't learn from experience, it will be repeated. I am content knowing I did my small bit to inform the readership that polygamy is a bane to humanity which continues

Plural Bride to Be by Cheryl Vaught on Kindle. "Selling well" means a book sale every day or two which is more than other writers I know. It was a labor of love. I'll never be rich from sales as I make only $1.79 per book. But I don't know any writer who gets rich from their writing. They all have day jobs or make their livings by teaching writing and by editing or helping others pub

But mormons do work harder at covering up their weird beliefs and practices. Polygamy and weird temple rites embarrass mormons, while JWs like to brag about their weird ways.

I met him personally and hope he's doing okay. He was born with many challenges but was handling them as well as anyone could.

Called the Albert Schweitzer Hospital. I wasn't the least bit angry at them as they saved my life. A most wonderful cab driver also went out of his way to help my husband find an ATM and return to our cruise ship to pack up our luggage. When I was well enough to leave, another fantastic cap driver helped track down the location of our ship. He drove us to a restaurant where we were able to fin

I was there about six years ago. She described the same water spots on the wall and the same peeled off wallpaper that I saw in that room. She said the billing system was a mess for her. Her insurance paid in full before she boarded the plane home. Yet, they continued to bill her for months and they threatened her relatives to pay her bill or be prosecuted. My friend had to hire and attorney t

It's beautiful there. The butter and cheese might be the richest and tastiest I've yet to try. The healthcare there was about 50 years behind the times in the huge hospital where I was treated. They had one room for anyone who was contageous. This is where is where they put me. There was no toilet or water in that room. I did have my own wet wipes in my purse. I had to climb a ladder to use a

I was there and the tour guide waned us continually about not expecting good care in that country because it seldom happens. The healthcare in the US isn't perfect but it's far better than in Italy.

Once inside I saw that the checkout lines were about 20 customers long. One lady behind me had two carry baskets, one on each arm, because she wasn't able to snag a cart. Many of the shoppers said they were at my store because their usual sh

I live less than ten miles from the Port where the ship brought its passengers. Workers at that port live and shop in my town. I almost died from a bug I got on a cruise in Holland. Ninety % of the passengers on the ship were ill including the captain and the ship doctor. I went to the hospital in an ambulance and was so sick I couldn't tell them my full name or spell it for them. Fortunately,

Choices are rationality or panic. Gossip is sometimes factual, but not always. Listen if it suits you. Feel free to brush it off until there's proof. Does that mean do nothing and take no precautions? No, I wouldn't think so. Do take precautions, but maintain rationality and a positive attitude.
