Sunlight is the best disinfectant. The more stories we have the less our individual experiences can be discounted as ‘the exception.’ If we stand together our voices will be louder.



We are asking that the policies that provide ready opportunity for our children to be shamed and questioned about sexuality behind closed doors be changed.



We are calling for policies regarding how abuse is handled become uniform and in the best interest of the individual being abused, not the abuser.



We're calling for policy change, extensive training of leadership and simply exposing how prevalent these stories are.



The unnatural situation of putting minors in a room alone with an older male interviewing them about sexuality and their personal sexual habits is not okay. We are standing together to call for change.

We’re creating website for telling stories about dealing with the sexual misconduct in the church. Sexual abuse, ecclesiastical abuse, covering up for child molesters, bishops asking inappropriate questions asking about masturbation and detailing 'sin' such as sexual positions, whether girls had an orgasm during premarital sex etc. Every story is one too many. Every incident is a life changed.



You can attach your name, your picture, your location- or just some or none of the above and just tell your story. We're hoping to have 50 stories before launching the website and gaining the attention of the national media to protect our children. You may think your story isn’t a ‘big deal’ but an older man asking personal sexual questions of a minor is a big deal.
