Anyone descibing something as being "True" is using cult-speak

Religious nutjobs (past and present) have tried to steer the debate away from Fact vs Fiction to True vs Untrue.

"True" things don't have to be proven, only confirmed by warm, squishy feelings.

Snopes dot com exists because humans crave to believe things they want to believe.

Facts have to be proven, exhibited, falsified, etc.

I know this to be "true"...in the name of Logic, Amen.

you can't believe anything on snopes because it is a site owned by liberals. Trusting your feelings or the mass e-mail you were sent (by a trusted relative) can be believed, though.
