Everyone that has been in a database system anywhere should care. What information do they have? If it was compromised could the hacker steal your identity? They obviously have names, parents names, maiden names, address for life. Maybe other items. Schools, mission data, income etc. Are there any narratives that might contain notes on health issues or confessions, maybe addictions? It was never clear to me just what it was they gathered. Of course there would never be any errors. If the data was compromised would we get a note in the mail and free credit report monitoring?
What would be in our "permanent record?" Do B's & SP's keep notes on every time we visit with them, every sin we confess, every dollar we contribute, every calling we've held, every time we've missed a day of church, every class we've skipped out of teachimg without arranging a sub?
