Similarity - Moses and Brigham Young

Moses led his people in a 40 year walkabout to cross a relatively small piece of real estate to settle in the only area in the Middle East with no oil.

Brigham Young let his people push handcarts across the country at the wrong time of the year; resulting in the deaths of many to settle beside a large lake of water that was too salty to be of any use.

(Did I read this here on somebody elses post? Having senility problems.)

Yeah - humans are apes and views themselves and other people as apes, and that is funny, holy, natural, ridiculous, irritating, frustrating, overseen, a matter of view, etc.

Nothing new under the sun, in other words, and that is how we are used to rigidly apply what we see: as something similar...

And without oil? You mean prophetically void of them dirty sulphuric poisonous hell-pools?
