In the book "LIFE AFTER MORMONISM and THE DOUBLE-BIND" there is a section that describes pride and its effects inside the laws of the upside-down value system.

To be honest, how many of us have experienced someone condemn anyone for being a individual? That must be one of the most common traits recurring inside this kind of rigid controlling social milieu?

There is always possible to find someone setting one straight and they do it with great pride and high-handedness.

They are so righteous that they can treat anyone how they see fit. Integrity or feelings does not matter, they are right and your are wrong. Either you are with us or against us.

From a song (The mission) by the British progressive metal Group Threshold:

"we've got a system you're going to use it
we call it freedom and you are free to choose it
if you're not against it you've got to be for it
neutral is dangerous and you cannot ignore it

They use everything they got with great pride, shoving it into your lives and hating your for using your rights and freedoms.

They are hypocrites.

For instance, the way that Utahns (MORmONS) pride themselves on having a superlative appreciation of U.S. Constitution and the personal liberty that it provides, and then a Utah town passes a local ordinance giving local police men a cut of all the contraband they confiscate in order to incentivise enforcement.
Then *Utahns* roundly complain about the heavy misguided hand of judges that forbid the practice.

I got a lyric.

We've taken care of everything,
the words you read, the songs you sing,
the pictures that give pleasure to your eyes.
(drum fill)
It's all for one, one for all,
we work together, common sons.
Never need to wonder how or why.

This should definitely be in the morg hymn book.

"The Double Bind" Was the book that started my on my research to write the book I am now working on "Methodology and Application of Indoctrination and Mind Control in Theological Cults."

There are more than 3000 of these cults in the USA alone.

I firmly believe that theological cults are a real danger and people should be wary of joining them.
