our newest favorite from Seoul. Koreans drink it cold, but we like it hot. It is good for digestion and tastes delicious. It is made from a kind of plum and sugar that ferment together for 3 years - just add water - about 1 cup water to 1 tablepoon of maesil syrup. No alcohol - or not much anyway.
a medicinal hot toddy ;-) You get those really good hot apple cider mixes; dump one into a friendly glass or mug...use the nyquil measuring cup if you don't have a shot glass, and give yourself a shot or two... great for colds and aches :-)
