So, after 6 months out, (I guess, I can't remember how long I have been out...but that's beside the point..) my wife has made the decision to join me in removing her name from the list! We are also taking our 2 younger children off with her! HAPPY DANCE!!!

She is doing it because she now sees the iron grip the morg has on the state of Utah and is frankly pissed off that they got the supreme court to create a stay in the gay marriages. There are a lot of other reasons, but that was the straw.

The sad news in this is that if we even attempt to help our older kids (13 and 15...both are my step-children) get their names off the records (both want it as well), there will be hell to pay from their TBM dad... so when they turn 18, we will help them...but until then... there is still

You know, on my mission we were strongly encouraged to try to find and baptize whole families. It almost never happened. Of those I baptized, almost all of them were either lone wanderers or came from a part-member family.

However, I have seen dozens of stories of whole families deconverting here at RfM!
