That is one cruel trick. It could cause someone to have a heart attack.

And how on earth did the creators get permission to let that thing roam around the streets, possibly causing an accident?

I wondered the same thing. That thing was out in the streets and who knows what people may have heart conditions. I know they were just trying to be funny and promote their movie, but it does seem like they were acting rather irresponsible. Pretty realistic looking "baby" though.
