The CHL has a facility on their website where you can ask questions. There seems to be a very efficient tickect tracking system attached to this service, and my query was answered within hours - on a Saturday!
I may be an exmo but I'm also a sucker for good service. It's so hard to find these days.
Now, if only they used this system to handle resignations...
