TBM love bombing to other TBMs?

My Tbm SIL wrote a post on FB about having hearts taped to her house. Is this love bombing? I don't get it. It seems like a strange thing for adults to do to other adults.

number of times I was love bombed while still active mormon.

We were love bombed

Apparently, it was the YW that put hearts all over our front door. Of course, this was after word got out that we needed that 'extra attention'.

It's called heart attack. Young Women do it every now and then. We cut out paper hearts, a bunch of thank you notes, and tape them to their door.

Edit- We didn't do it to random lately "inactive" TBMs(thank goodness I would have felt awful!), just the bishopric.

True story: young women in my ward "bombed" my house with its many holly trees with boxes of tampons. It rained that night. Mom made me climb and crawl around the thorny holy trees and take them all down. Dad watched from the large pane window in the front room, waving.

We had the 'heart attack' a few times. But we were constantly toilet papered. My dh would get so mad because he has to clean up the mess. And of course they would try to arrange it on nights when it would rain.
