I'd write or call the mission president and tell him how this pairs tracting methods are turning people in your area off Mormons. Site an example or two. Say you've seen missionaries before and they've always seemed nice and polite but these two seem to want to insult people in the church. Make it sound like you are trying to help the mission president with a problem. One or both will be transferred.

Or, you could just say you saw one of them being inappropriate with a woman, which is true. Chasing a woman and harassing her is inappropriate.

I think it is best to say nothing offically. I'd rather have them puting as many people off as possible.

It fits. Kinda like a cross between the Moonies and the Mormons. ha!
