Any thoughts on this site. I found it while researching Steven Hassan's web-site.

Any attorneys think the case has any merit and could settle?

wow, I so wish this could become a reality

I just don't think the courts will think too much of it and the church will never have to defend themselves against it.

There isn't a church on the face of the earth that ISN'T guilty of most of what the lawsuit has described concerning the LDS cult.

Its really to bad religions are given such wide latitude at fraud, and I do see that latitude slacking up any time soon. This lawsuit has just picked the wrong era to fight this battle ... maybe in 50 years it'll get better, but I doubt it.
