Agnostic father has visiting rights significantly reduced because of his lack of belief

Poor kids

In a situation like that, you would hope that the court would order counselling for both Mother & Father. Unfortunately, as in the case, even when both mom and dad are being childish and unreasonable, the father ultimately loses visitation.

Sounds like a case for the ACLU.
It would be so cool to bring his church up on human rights violations.
