Calling RfM design talents: Do you have Photoshop or Illustrator and an hour or two to help me?

I need a little character for a YouTube video (really a musical slide show) I'm making and am not happy with what I was able to create in PowerPoint. I have a specific vision, should be super easy for someone with better software than I have. Will give credit on the final product.

Try "Gimp" (Gnu Image Manipulation Program) - it's a freeware photoshop.
