What an epiphany right?!!? I owe this one to my tbm aunt who finds it to be her calling to harrass me about my choice. I told her I prayed about it and she said I was lying because she knows what the answer would be. I told her that was awfull full of her self if she thought she and the small percentage of other mormons out there were preview to information the rest of us just couldnt seem to get ahold of. In return she said that it wasnt arrogance that told her the truth it was faith. What more is faith than beleiving you know better than everyone else?

Do you have faith that your surgeon will help you?

Not sure if the comparison is the same thing. Faith is not necessarily required to believe that a TRAINED PROFESSIONAL SURGEON might have success in your surgery.

It WOULD, however, take faith hiring some stranger off the street who was NOT a surgeon to perform surgery on you!

nope, I TRUST his knowledge and education. definition of faith from dictionary...belief in, devotion to, or trust in somebody or something, especially without logical proof
