As I understand, the acid in your battery is already diluted with H2O. So, in theory, you're just dilueting it more.
Really- you're trying to make meth without blowing yourself up-right??

As mentioned above, the car battery's solution is already diluted.

For that matter, drinking water adds water to stomach acid....

I worked in a chemical lab, years ago, and we had this drummed into us: "Acid to water, like you oughta!"
