Email address for Greg Dodge

The SP in my area has been dragging his feet for months with my resignation letter. I'd like to email Greg Dodge with some nice grad level legal language and try to break it through...lol. Can someone please give me that address?

Also, I believe that according to the new church handbook, Dodge is supposed to go ahead and process the resignation after 60 days if the local leaders don't get around to doing anything.
