Someone needs to come up with an article that clearly speaks about how to Treat ex members with equality, dignity and respect just as they'd treat members or anyone in the world. At least that would be something to look at in a positive direction than constantly being pissed off, pointing fingers back and throwing blame back in their face. Throwing blame back in others faces doesn't make the victims look any better than the perpetrators. It starts to look very hypocritical. it's ok to be upset and vent, I just know there are much healthier ways to unload our anger and carry ourselves in a more mature fashion than the idiots who just don't care what they say and do to others.
