What's the REAL return value of building a McTemple?

So... I'm trying to figure if the Morg spends $5 mil on a McTemple what they actually get for their "investment"?

Increased investigators/converts
Members have to be worthy and pay up to attend marriages
The Brethern can boast about "the fastest growing church" blahblahblah

Thoughts?

The peer pressure brings $$$$

If a temple is close by then ward and stake pressures people to be temple worthy and if you do not have a card then you are not a worthy member.

So the more temple recommends they can sell the more $$$ rolls in for years and years. Think about it they have a big store where the employees are not paid and they have no inventory. Yet they make millions from selling memberships.

I attended several McTemples and never once did I find the happy meal prize inside. No burgers or fries either. I feel robbed.
