About 3 weeks ago I recieved a text from the RS president (I don't go to church and have told her that I have problems with the doctorine and history of the church and I told her to please not text/call me anymore) anywho ..the text said "Hope you had a wonderful Christmas..would you and your husband like to come over for dinner?" So..I replied back "This is ______s' brother...she gave me her phone when she moved to Europe (so the hubby does have orders to go to europe..but we wont be leaving for a couple more months). She then asked for my address so she could send my records and I never texted back.
So, a couple days ago I checked the mail and had this wierd paper in it mailed to me from the church. It had my full name and maiden name ,dob, former address, current address, parents names, mothers maiden name , my birthplace , my husbands full name , his birthplace and dob. I am angry that they would mail something like this when I (well my "brother") told them I moved and was no longer at this address. I mean...what if someone else had opened it ..it has all of my personal information on it. What do you think?

Tssc doesn't care about you or anyone else. Privacy is not their concern, and good luck suing them for privacy law violations, they are above the law, look what they did at mountain meadows.

Mormons have no boundaries. Your business is their business.

Your "brother's" privacy is of no concern to them--they feel and ABSOLUTE need to track "him" down. And of course they'd like to collect on any back tithing owed!

You should have texted her "No - I don't know you, I'm not in your area, and if you try contacting me, I will notify your and my police department that you are a stalker." Just my opinion.
