I think "HBO" just told you what happened in two threads that were just deleted.

Bill got shot to death, Barb bc a "prophet" of a storefront church and Margene went to South America as some kind of missionary?

I haven't watched show in several years so doesn't mean that much to me. But there you go.

EMMA appears to him??? Polygamy is OK as long as the women get the priesthood? Seriously?

OK, now I'm going to have to rent the season that had the episode where their oldest daughter leaves unless someone remembers and can tell me why she did so. My memory's a little fuzzy.

BTW, I did expect Bill to die...

Clarification?

Did you mean that it seemed that Emma approved of polygamy in Big Love or Emma approved of polygamy in real life? She never APPROVED of polygamy and that was a major tenet of the Reorganized church. I watched the BYU channel the other night as I happened upon a biography of Emma and her children as I was flipping through channels. The narrator stressed that Emma never denied any of JS's teachings/revelations EXCEPT ONE.
