Mormon broadway

gets 14 Tony award nominations. I see it's written by the writers of South Park. I assume it's not a serious representation of mormons.

It is a serious representation of Mormonism ironically in one regard

From what I've read you get a more accurate version of Mormon history than you get from the Mormons! For example, there's a scene in which a Book of Mormon is pulled from someone's ass. The metaphor says it all.

This is great news! The more PR the show gets the less likely anyone is to take the Mormons seriously.
