I was just wondering if there might be anyone I knew on this board. I grew up in that stake but I haven't been back since I left for college, which was a long time ago. Still, it'd be kinda nice to talk to someone who I may have known back then.

I was in the Renton or Seattle Stake during those years. I graduated high school in '96 and never went back to anything mormon.

I wonder if you know my sister she lived in Kent then.

I did not keep in touch with any mormons when I left, and only remember a few even slightly fondly. I didn't want to be there.

There was a blond girl my age I met at girls camp who I liked, and wished I had kept in touch with. I don't know how to find her, her first name was April.

Everyone else from church that I remember and looked up on facebook has LDS as their religion.

I grew up in the Lynnwood stake and moved to the Everett stake boundaries in 2006. I think I am in the boundaries of the Everett Third Ward.

I grew up in Everett 1st ward in the 60's and 70's. My parents let me quit attending in my teens....leave them alone and they'll come home type of thinking.

During 83-85 I had gone back to give the church a try as an adult. I went on a mission out of the country so my pic was on the wall in the Everett foyer, but I left from a ward in Palm Springs, where I was living at the time, so I had a picture in two chapels. Got back, got married in 85 and attended an Everett ward for a couple years until I went to BYU. Two years into BYU I quit church for good, having figured out it was all made up, finished my degree and moved back to Everett for a job. Moved away a few years later.

I would bet you know some of my family...my dad was the patriarch during that time.

Was your dad Patriarch Ross? He's the one that gave me my blessing.

A little more south in Elma Stake. Left for Navy in 90 and never returned.

By Their Fruits, what ward were you in, if you don't mind me asking? We might know each other.
