They'll treat him as another ineffectual intellectual wasting his time on something as pointless as science. What a lame thing to do when there are meetings to be had and pointless crappy crafts to make.

Or maybe they will send him hate mail like Richard Dawkins receives.

Either way, they will show their small minded, idiotic, stupidity off for the world.

Yeah, my religious zealot niece just told me that science is full of crap. And she's never had one science class in her life. Pathetic.

My favorite part is the Mark Twain quote in the comments section:

"I was dead for millions of years before I was born and it never inconvenienced me a bit."

This is my favorite remark:

"My cat thinks he's invisible to me when he sticks his head in a little paper bag. Now THAT is faith!"

And there you have it, stick your head in a bag and believe.... hehehehehe.........

Hawking or one of the 12.

I prefer Hawking as he has time to sit and do some deep thinking. He had been at death's door for a long time. He knows the Universe in a way most people do not.

Monson, a prophet knows God but what has he said about God? Very little we do not already know.

There is no doctrine I can think of that any of the last 4 presidents taught that was not already popular in some non-mormon circles.

will discount Hawkings as they "KNOW" by FAITH that he doesn't know what he is talking about.
Ya, that works!

Stephen Hawking..I've read his books. Like to read about stuff like that...but though he knows a great deal about the universe, he doesn't know everything.

That said, when he passes, a great man will be lost to us.

It seems that Mormons use aversion therapy. They apply aversion therapy to things like science and what-not. Then they like to shoot the messengers.

For his sake I hope he is wrong.

Poor man, he has had such a difficult life. I really hope something better awaits him.

Difficult life? He doesn't seem to complain because he knows how useless complaining is. He just makes the best with what he has (which is a really good brain). He realizes life is best spent focusing on life and reality.
