No, it is connected to the BBC TV Show Gardener's World. Worth watching if you can catch it,
Briggy, looks like my wife and her friend aren't going to be able to go. All the on the door tickets have gone for Saturday, and perhaps for Sunday.
paid $5.00 at a door. One year the vendors complained about this and people didn't have to pay to peruse their quilt products for purchase.
When I was told that I had to pay $5.00 just to purchase from the vendors, I thanked the lady for her time, turned around and left the fair grounds. My feet did what my pocket book was not willing to do. Then I contacted my favorite quilt shop here locally and complained.
Maybe the quilt guild hosting this will think this through and allow people to enter the vendor's section of the quilt show without payment next year.
The monitor at fair ground's gate stated that others had complained to him that they had to pay to access the vendors. I wasn't the only one that had a problem with this.
I spent my $5.00 on a soft taco, cinnamon crisps, and a sprite. With a couple of $s left over in change.
