The stats they quote look like they may be cherry picked. 4 weeks prior, 10 weeks post? why not 10 weeks for both? Would the increase be less dramatic? How about the same numbers and time frames from several other population centers around the country and from other continents?

Isn't there a whooping cough epidemic in the US now? What about other causes? The article states that low birth weights have increased in ratio since 1984. What has changed since then? What about GMOs? When were they introduced? Salmonella?
